The Head, Offshore Trading will: • Ensure that Notore derives optimal value from its relationships with offshore product suppliers and vendors • Ensure optimal administration of offshore sales, market penetration and product performance. Qualification & Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering / Business discipline. • Over 10 years post graduation experience with at least 7 years in Supply Chain Management, stock analysis/buying, business analysis and Materials procurement preferably in an Oil & Gas or manufacturing company. • Possess good working knowledge of international trade regulations/practices, local regulations guiding foreign transactions Reporting relationship: Will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer Head, Community Relations REF/NOT/002
The Head, Community Relations will: • Ensure a positive perception of the company is sustained with its stakeholders in the various communities. • Introduce and promote community related programmes that foster and sustain good will towards Notore. Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelors’ degree in Engineering Sciences, Operations or Supply Chain Management • 10-12 years post graduation experience with at least 5 years handling community relations preferably in an Oil & Gas company. Reporting relationship: Will report to the Chief Operations Officer Head, Strategy REF/NOT/003 The Head, Strategy will: • Ensure proper management of business by monitoring progress and assisting other divisional heads in reporting relevant risk information across business areas and company-wide Qualification & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in a Social science, Engineering or Science discipline • To possess over 10 years post graduation experience out of which 6 years must be management level in corporate planning & Strategy in the Oil and Gas or related industry Reporting relationship: • Will report to Head, Projects Head, Corporate Communications REF/NOT/004 The Head, Corporate Communications will: • Foster good relationship between Notore and its internal and external stakeholders, in order to create a conducive atmosphere for company to operate and contribute towards development of host communities in a responsible manner. • To project, promote and ensure effective protection of the Company’s public image and brand Qualification & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in the Social Sciences, Arts or Humanities • Possess over 10 years post qualification experience in Media and Public Relations, out of which 5 should have been at manager level in an Oil/ and Gas Company Reporting relationship: • Will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer Head, Projects REF/NOT/005 The Head, Projects will: • Ensure cost effective completion of all new projects for Notore from design to commissioning • Coordinate the development, preparation and compilation of the scope of work for all new projects and ensures that all requirements are fully covered and met during construction. Qualification & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline • Over 12 years post graduation experience with a minimum of 10 years managing project design, projects and/or new construction, mechanical maintenance, inspection, instrumentation, Projects, electrical, civil or engineering services in an Oil and Gas or Process industry. Reporting Relationship: Will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer Head, Risk Management REF/NOT/006 The Head, Risk Management will: • Ensure proactive response and proper management of business risks • Minimize identified potential risks and threats to the company’s business and reputation. Qualification & Experience: • A good University degree in a Social science, Engineering or Science discipline • 10 years post graduation experience with at least 5 years in a similar capacity in the Oil and Gas or related industry Reporting relationship: • Will report to the Chief Financial Officer Head, Admin Services REF/NOT/007 The Head, Admin Services will: • Ensure availability and functionality of support systems and facilities for effective business operations • Protect and ensure effective use and management of Notore’s facilities, working tools and equipment. Qualification & Experience: • Good University degree in Business Administration or any Social Science discipline • Possess 8 - 10 years post graduation experience, 3 of which must have been in a in office support operations in a reputable company Reporting relationship: • Will report to the Chief Operations Officer Head, EHSQ REF/NOT/008 The Head, EHSQ will: • Ensure Notore’s EHS strategies are developed and implemented throughout the company • Ensure that the company operations, staff and customers/visitors comply fully with defined EHSQ rules and standards. Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelors’ degree in Engineering Sciences or any other relevant disciplines • 10 -12 years post graduation experience with 8 years experience in Crisis management, HSE Policies & Practices, legislation & regulatory requirements and standards in a reputable organization preferably an Oil & Gas or process-related company. Reporting relationship: • Will report to the Chief Operations Officer Head, Contracts and Procurement REF/NOT/009The Head, Contracts and Procurement will: • Ensure the provision of efficient and high standard contracting and procurement services to all divisions • Co-ordinate the activities of contracting and procurement department leading to the award and supplies of goods and services as required by business owners across the divisions. Qualification & Experience: • A good University degree in a Social science, Engineering or Science discipline • Possess 10 years post graduation experience, 5 of which should be handling of contracts and procurement in a reputable organization. Reporting relationship: • Will report to the Chief Operations Officer Head, Facilities Management REF/NOT/010 The Head, Facilities Management will: • Ensure the Notore’s estates/facilities and other non production assets are effectively maintained. • Develop and implement approved strategies for the use and maintenance of the company’s facilities/estates Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelors’ degree in Estate Management or Business Administration • 8 – 10 years post graduation experience of which at least a total of 5 years in estate management in a reputable company Reporting relationship: • Will report to the Chief Operations Officer Head, Supply & Distribution REF/NOT/011 The Head, Supply and Distribution will: • Oversee all domestic distribution centers and logistics traffic management. • Organize merchandise movement to and among stores. Qualification & Experience: • Good University degree in a Social science, Engineering or Science discipline • Possess 10 years post graduation experience, 5 of which should be handling of contracts and procurement in a reputable organisation. Reporting relationship: • Will report to the Chief Marketing Officer Head, Security REF/NOT/012 The Head, Security will: • Be familiar with all of the contents of the Security Policy, and paying particular attention to those issues which are relevant to the activity of their department. • Remove or reduce as far as possible any security risks Experience: • Possess 10 years relevant experience with 5 years on management level Reporting relationship: • Will report to the Chief Operations Officer
