Graduate Development Programme at Celtel

CELTEL HeadStart : Graduate Development Programme.
The most successful pan-African mobile network is starting HeadStart, a graduate development programme tofashion talented young graduates into future business leaders. Successful applicants will start working underthe 15-month programme which will cover all of the 14 African countries in which Celtel operates.HeadStart will give graduates the opportunity to develop their leadership skills and management and businessknowledge in any of Celtel’s core business areas including sales, marketing, engineering, IT, human resourcesand finance. Recruits will spend part of their programme working in another Celtel operation.With more than 7,000 employees and 17 million customers, Celtel which is part of the MTC Group, is a fastgrowing company with numerous opportunities to develop talented graduates.We have great country teams which harness our deep knowledge of our industry and local environment todeliver excellent service and provide our customers with innovative solutions and services. ■ Honours degree (upper second class or GPA 3.0) obtained within the year directly preceding application
■ The ability to analyse problems logically and quickly
■ Excellent communication skills
■ The ability to adapt to new situations and circumstances
■ A confident and ambitious approach to the working environment
■ Geographical (workplace) flexibility
■ Some previous work experience (e.g. internship) will be an advantagebut is not required

I really want to commend positvely on all the brain behind this uncommon, hope-rising website. Though i have not gotten job yet but this website has motivation and source of information for most of my job application.
God we bless u all. I know joblessness is killer disease that has eating deep the potential of our able youth and has seriously damping the future of Nigeria graduate.God will help us to reduce to bearest minimum.Thanks 4 being there.
